It's impossible to make a case for production 'by 2027' (which I assume means production by December 2026)?.
You can compare this to other companies forecasting 2026 production and it's plain as day that WR1 is at least a year behind in terms of progress and probably has an extra year or two (minimum) due to permitting slowness.
