Ann: Block 9 Commencement of Alameda-3 drilling, page-524

Hi All,

For those interested, I'm Posting my summary comments from the ASX 18/12/23 & the Webinar 20/12/23. A bit late and many topics have been discussed by other Posters but IMO a few issues need emphasizing.

In Slide 1 I've "merged" the Alameda time vs depth plan (from Webinar Slides) & the Alameda-3 drilling time intervals (from ASX 18/12/23).

Points in Slides 2 & 3 refer to the points in Slides 4 to 7 and Slide 8 is referenced in Slide 3 Point 9.

IMO Key Points are:
- The current Amistad focused development & production plan is at this stage a very low ball ambition - Points 1, 3 & 7.

- Point 5 - appears from AP's comments that the JV & Cupet are in agreement for Unit 1B oil to be exported & Point 6 all required Permits for export are already in place.

- Point 8 - sounds as though AP has already got his exit plan for the Project well in mind - telegraphing it??

- Point 9 - from A-1's results would strongly expect the Unit 3 reservoir to flow to surface in A-3.

- Point 11 - sounds as though MAY & the Certifiers people are on the same page with respect to including fracture porosity in the Amistad reservoirs - would very much expect this to be the case.
