Hey charkie if you want some coal face intraday strategies check out @slick. You will have to drill down through his history of Bollinger Band interpretations, related to different time frames. It's a long slog but if you can "get it" it's like the barn door has been opened.
The path to success in the markets imo is to get really good at one system & not chop & change looking for the holy grail.
