yes totally agree, its a big acquisition, if it goes wrong, share price will go south.

But I bought comfortably under the acquisition price, I paid around $2.50 average.

My position is also only 1% of the portfolio, so I have some maneuvering room.

On the negative: they bought the acquisition from private equity (I am weary of anything from private equity)
On the positive: they bought as interest rates spiked (private equity heavily gear, and might find it hard to hold in a higher interest rate environment).

Lets see.
