The kid gets his kicks out of people acknowledging he exists.

All of his post history is WR1. Maybe that's just one of his compulsions playing up but wow what a freak.

Companies receive takeover offers all the time but they are mostly indicative and non-binding.

Many are confidential and so you don't go putting that information out in the public domain.

Many offers start out indicative and non-binding but can develop over time so you just don't burn bridges.

I would be very surprised if Winsome had not received offers that are not immediately actionable.

Likewise, offers needed to be considered in the context of what we have - which is not 'just' 59Mt - its what will be drilled out in short order.

While some nervous Nellys and freaks might want a takeover offer at $2 - that would be significantly underselling Winsome IMO.

The share price will go up and down but the fundamentals of this monster deserve a mountain of cash, not a molehill.
