    - $13.5m MC- $2.5m cash = $11.5m EV- 330,000oz Gold = $24 per ounce Gold EV
    - Lithium JV with KOMIR and LG Energy earning 30% for $4.5m exploration package
    - ground surrounding KM1's announcement

    No $$$ need to be spent on lithium exploration!
