I disagree. It would seem very cheap. You just have to put it into context of whether the stock is being priced by a flock of scared sea gulls, or a north american predator who want to integrate their supply chains.

What was the LTR takeover offer ? how many billion was it ? 6 billion dollars...

And at the end of the day, it all comes back to something in the ground, that you can get out of the ground, and make a profit on, or that it is essentially needed by an OEM integrated supply chain. And that takeover value is determined by the predator, and the company accepting only what value to the reasonable in the needs of the predator.

Now for you to get it out of the ground, you cant have it being nationalized by a rogue African government, or it doesn belong to you. And you cant have china turning Australia into a Vassal state, and saying we'll just take it, and pay our chinese workforce their be happy with less wages either.

No, you need it to be in a jurisdiction that is protected into the USA markets, where capitalism still lives.
If you bet forward, and look at the world over the next 5 years, ask yourself, when do you think Chinas President Xi Jingping, 70 years old, will want to put his stamp in the history books. The one who took taiwan back. And think today about the premium of AUS miners, that can potentially turn to Chinese government assets. = turn your equity into dust. Yet, how will those Canadian miners be looking ? what inverse premium is then applied ?

Now i know that the general market dismisses that, as a contention that is out of their line of sight, they play only in the here and now. But do you think that a vertical OEM integrator would be very mindful of it. And then you have but a few assets that are of scale, with no environmental hurdles in Canada for them ? Which is where WR1 is a prime candidate.

So you are building a future that needs your product, and you need to make sure that you have guarantee of supply. What is securing that asset in the ground worth to you ?
Does todays 150m MC in the hands of billy bob retailer, represent cheap ? or expensive in that context.
A predator who NEEDS that supply chain, will pay through the teeth for it, because without it, their entire product line, is unable to be produced to the sales lot. And when there is but that handful of geopolitical safe deposits, then i say, GO FISH.
