I think if we get another quarter of over $10m we will get a re-rate and revised guidance (noting Dec and Jan are historically their weakest months).
Do you know when the update is due this month?
Will be looking at:
1. Revenue - back to back $10m quarters 2. Cash flow - How close we are getting to being cash flow positive 3. Costs - Would like to see the costs remain flat, as more and more of the book is transferred to digital you would like to see this come down 4. Margins - What make up digital is now of collections. 5. Client onboarding - Been a long journey on getting the bank('s) onboard, hopefully a positive update there
Been buying under $0.20, think it's still really cheap here.
Been a long time coming, but looks like the selling pressure has dried up and we are set for a run.
Think the company is going a lot better now than when we were trading at $0.40
Hopefully these upcoming results will wake the market up to that fact.
