They aren't selling it thats the issue - purely a commercial decision blown up by a potato. Haloween sells as you have parents stupid enough to please their childrens desires for more garbage. Every year there is massive discounts on the chinese plastic crap they bring in the day after aus day as none of it sells. No one is dressing up like "mr australia" for aus day. 99% of people buy their piss, have a bbq and enjoy the day off. Some cookers will march and waste their day on either side of the aussie day fence but for most of us, take the day and enjoy it for what it is. A day off.
