Correct, a view I tendered recently. Maybe I won’t have to wait the full 5 years for a decent return. I am surprised more haven’t commented on the change of tactics in Cuba with the option of unsubsidised fuel. Does this represent a paradigm shift in their communist manifesto and if so what does it mean for MAY and the wider geopolitical ramifications, eg American embargoes.
