What happen to STO remembers me to BPT scenario in early april 2009, when BPT sold its 40% stake in Tipton West for $400 mill, and how the market reacted and BPT got smashed.
But similar scenarios, both companies received a decent cash windfall, but the market did not like it.
Thats halt the financial secret from all the institutional holders and traders doing so.
Might be its also related, that both companies are in S.A. - Adelaide ???
