Can anyone shed any light on this report published by the energy regulator. It shows that LPE have reduced their customer numbers from 21,000 EEN retail customers to 5 in the first quarter of FY24.
If this is true, then LPE have essentially existed the retail market (whereby it services customers directly, within EENs). These are the "sticky" customers they speak of. That would mean all of the customers they are servicing are all serviced on the low value basis @Berserker talks of.
I can only assume the report is actually wrong. If it isn't, we are in a lot of trouble!
