They are literally suggesting to apply rules to limit Australian Super Funds from having sufficient scale to agitate for change while other entities (foreign or otherwise) including large US funds, individuals or state owned entities (China, Singapore etc.) can continue to do as they please with stocks listed on our Australian exchange?
