Much to think about over this weekend... must say it's a bright sunny day here in Alice so far. The Todd was flowing y.day so a heavy dump was to the Nth in the catchment (ie isolated thunderstorms passed thru region).
psi81 I think you're on the right track (as usual) - I'll leave it up to Dexter clarify the comment you refer to however reference to "NPV oil $15/bbl" is in slide 9, presentation 19/5/10.
and from Good oil presentation (9/9/09) slide 8:
"Oil deleivered to Port Darwin estimated cost to Company A$25-30/bbl all up (road or rail bulk liquids)"
