I only responded in the same manner you positioned your initial statement DJM.
That is the US$30m question. But we won't know who it is until a deal is done, because all parties involved would be covered under NDA.
The China graphite restrictions can only help fast track the process. The sooner the better, all investors/holders want the same thing!
