An old HZR presentation (2018) indicated that the type ofGraphite produced will depend on the type of Reactor; while the “Fluidized Bed Reactor”(the one selected for this commercial plant), and the “Rotary Type reactors”will produce Low End Graphite, we need to use the “Paddel Tube Reactor” to produce the High End Graphite suitable for Li-ion Batteries and electrodes. So I’m not sure if we should expect battery type graphite from this commercial plant, unless, as you indicated there is a parallel tests going on to improve the quality of the graphite.
