GOR were gifted the DEG stake by Merge with DGO and they really got a gift for everything they now own from that.
Not sure how cluey the mgmt of GOR are, but they seem ok speaking as an ex DGO holder.
Everything looks in place to recover profitability with worker issues not uncommon. IMO.
