hey moron, there's no capital gain until you sell. the capital return reduces your cost base, so everyone above has graciously provided lots of examples of how that works depending on your purchase price, so if you actually read what they wrote and take the time to understand it maybe you will learn something.
if you keep arguing with them from a position of ignorance they'll stip helping you.
unless you bought your shares for less than the amount of the capital return.
