Some many what if's at this stage that is not really worth putting to much thought into it.
I will add though, that any resource whether on 88E or Pantheon's acreage will be tight and require fracture stimulation to produce. So it's not a case of simply pulling out the oil and I'm pretty sure they can't just drill an extended reach horizontal into a neighbor's lease.
One should also be mindful that any commercial production (successful flow test dependent) will be several seasons and many CR's away. There's limited benefit for the company to dispose of the asset before any extended testing has been completed.
