IF they don't drill one outside SG4571 they will have to drill one before the end of June 2025 or lose the extended leases.
Given the discovery there is absolutely no way they will risk running past that June 25 deadline IMO.
If you were to ask me to guess I'd say they will likely shoot 3D over Mukuyu and probably a bit over the sweet spots they see out East and drill a shelf edge well whilst the 3D is being done out East, far enough away not to disrupt the 3D whilst drilling.
SM stated that they drilled the top section of MK2 much quicker than before in fact they drilled to 1966m in 19 days or 103.5m per day which is 12 days for 1200m at say Boabab.
Based on MK2 costing 45 million, my guess, for ~ 90 days = ~ 500k per day.
12 days = ~ 6 million to drill Boabab.
