In my most positive revenue assessment I can see US$6m. Thats based on up to six licenses generating US$1m each as a sign on. I don't foresee any royalty revenue this year. I'm ok with that if we get some licenses under our belt.
Better than revenue is who signs on with s and what the potential for product distribution is and the resulting royalty stream is.
I'm more than happy under this scenario as it tells us that the technology has the right attributes to make it to the product launch pad. I can wait for royalties. I/we desperately need an affirmative sign that Akida is being adopted and "paid" for by customers.
The Ecosystem is essential but we need validation from a few customers to relax the mood of investors. The tone on this forum has changed dramatically in the last few days as I can't help but think the expectations of coming out of CES with something more positive than a series of podcasts ( mostly great by the way) is all that has been delivered. I for one was expecting a license agreement.
Question for management is were are the "announcements" that were promised from the outset of CES? Unless they believe podcasts represent announcements then I haven't seen one yet. I'm referring to the words used in one of the press releases just prior to CES where these words were used.
Management have an uphill battle on their hands when it comes to keeping investors calm. They certainly aren't at the moment. The last thing we need is disruption at the management level by way of shareholder action. It is up to the company now to convince us they are delivering and if they are not then they need to step aside or put the right people in place ahead of any boards spills.
I still hold but I like Kenjicool am getting very disillusioned with the current state of affairs.
Something has to change!
