Also doesn't take a genius to work out waiting for an increase in share price and then announcing a rights issue will bring the share price straight back down again. Releasing a rights issue with an announcement of the PPSA being signed though could be a great idea. Balance it out a little. Who knows though, I'll leave it up to the geniuses.
