What does MOU approved mean? I have been involved in righting many MOUs and never have I heard of someone being MOU approved. I have heard of Lawyers specializing in righting the gobbley gook that make MOU's sound great but mean nothing contractually but never of an approved person. Who approved you and please supply a link to their web site I would love to read about what they do.
