A lot of unknowns still (until the updated DFS which hopefully enlightens).

However, a few guesses / knowns gives:
- Jumbo (machine works the tunnelling face) productivity assume 250-270m / month (dimensions of tunnel and rock hardness dependent)

- Distance from bottom of box cut to ore face about 350m

- Sub-level open stope mining method(?) so start a little deeper to tunnel horizontally to end of ore body (you paint a floor, start in corner and work back to door), say total of 400m

- May want to carry on with decline spiralling down and to also install the ventillation shaft a bit more developed / deeper so not having to keep extending with every sub-level jump. (my take only), so can add another ?? +m.

- so the in order of 6 months is not unreasonable.

There is above ground infrastructure to also consider. Power? Will consideration be made to connect to the grid or stay on diesel powered generators? If grid, them its most likely 6.6kV or 33kV, so now transformers, towers, distribtion boards, can become critical parts of timeline for everything, and even more questions? Do you upgrade now for extension to Grants, etc.

So the updated DFS is important, it may be pivotal for going forward, and the timing may not just not reflect ' get to the ROM asap'.
