FSCO advertise lending at better than market rates, don't think that fits the profile of SPX lending arm given their current cost of funds?
As for lending against head of stock rather than real tangible hard assets, the risk is much higher due to many unforeseen variables such as weather, roadblocks, fraudulent purchase orders, poor product outcome, the list goes on, which any "find my sheep" application wont circumvent not matter how much one hopes
