    LOL, it would be money for jam...but only if the company didn't have 12000 shareholders sending money in for a pathetic $10m plan.

    As someone's already said above, $10m is enough for just 333 applications. So 1 out of every 40 shareholders. Huge scaleback snd miniscule allocations are inevitable; it's probably not even worth applying.
