Hey Warnie, love the name mate Is it Warnie as in Shane Warne the cricketer ? He was a bit of a wild child wasn't he . From what I understand was a bit of a gambling degenerate but a top and funny bloke nonetheless . I think too stress, too many ciggies, and too much booze got him in the end. Poor fella

I feel like when you're building a very disruptive financial services platform like Spenda have it's probably best to keep the waters muddy. You kind of want to do a sneak attack so the competition don't have time to come up with a contingency plan.

From my discussions with the CEO Adrian Floate he tested the platform with smaller business first. They were too small to give the revenue much of a jump.

It seems clear now though that they are ready to release the curtain so to speak. Just looking back though the recent announcement they are taking on big business and launching through 2024. The likes of Carpet Court, Capricorn, eBev, & Agrichain just for starters. We're talking about the full platform not just a small credit facility as we provided eBev the last couple of years.

As we worked out on Friday the total flows when you look at these businesses including B2B & B2C is well over $30,000,000,000. Spenda have indicated that they take 1-2% of flows running through the platform depending on the functionality being used. For eBev they actually stated 2-4%.

As is evidenced with the Carpet Court rollout they capture 100% of the B2B flows which then lead into the B2C flows. Their business plan and the way the platform works is pretty genius I reckon. Hence why I took on a long-term investment in the business.

I absolutely agree that they need to deliver and the details in the recent announcements show that this year is the year that they will show us what they are capable of.
