    CEO David Mason and likely also the biggest owner Stuart
    took major part of LKO shares as security for 10% of their nominal value at 0.1 AUD
    The value is likely to fall, when trading starts, but value is much less than the convertible loan prices
    about year ago corresponding to 0.8 AUD.
    Would this be legal?
