Do you have any reason to think that the meeting didn't happen? Did you try to log in remotely?
I don't have access to the same level of notification as you because I sold my residue a little while back. If you're awaiting the outcome of the vote, you'll have to wait until the votes have been checked and audited. I believe they have up to 48 hours for that.
