I said this while back, unless institutional or cornerstone investor will struggle to get 2 cents. That to happen need concrete agreements with Saudi, add to that negativity around PB also hasn't help plus timing of capital rasising wasn't good. On positive side things are progressing under PB certainty better Vlad.
