I hear you, and agree with thoughts around strike and volume, but at the end of the day we need the SP rising and the Company breaking down some doors. Board appointments like his add a lot of weight to the integrity and intention of the business. I wish it had occurred a year ago, but at least they have realized they needed a Board revamp - many companies don't until it is too late.
