Hey mate hope your afternoon is going along great.

Bit of rain going on here at the moment which is giving me the heebee jeebees. Not to worry though as my fruit trees are getting a good soaking.

Sorry I seemed to have upset you mate. That was never my intention. I just find debating and discussing on a long form platform like this refreshing. We can get down into the nitty gritty and really get our thoughts out.

As an independent long-term investor, I love working with like minded individuals to uncover potential. As my grandmother use to say "many hands make light work" Also everyone has their strengths and weaknesses, that includes me.

I love nothing more than for someone to mention something that I haven't thought of. Maybe that calculate something a different way. I then take my time and go and research and find evidence for what they are saying is correct. Or run my own calculations to see if it computes.

Anyways my man I sincerely hope I was able to clear that up. No hard feelings on my end that's for sure ❤️
