Yes, the preferred path from here is to settle, test the old resistance / new support and then move on. Hopefully this is not a false break out. Uranium price has run quite hard the past 6 months, there needs to be a correction/consolidation at some point for future healthy gains and SP appreciation in these U stocks. DYL needs to fast track it's plans for Tumas and MR while the iron is hot.
