One thing to remember is the agreement with IVR, where IVR must spend AUD 1mill on the first stage of the Molyhil JV by May 2024. If not they have to pay THR the difference on what they have spent. Not sure how much they have spent, but it's nothing like 1mill. So keep that in mind for any CR.
