its been very quiet here.
Most REITs are currently up 10-20% from their 31 oct lows but HCW is howering within its all time low.
ok, its within 7% which isnt too shabby but not as good as others.
any thought as to why this is the case? dillutions?unfavourable dividend payout ratio?
