yes.. it does look like Thomas bailed and the company has been put on ice in the meantime, cos they all sort of knew of the eventual outcome..

the current board has had long enough to look at its portfolio of assets and elsewhere for other potential projects..
I hope that with their pedigree, they can pick up some new ground/projects elsewhere very soon..
I am a bit surprised it has dropped this far, but looks like a very good buy from here on in... great board and cash in the bank, ready to explore "something" worth exploring...
