there is your answer to who bought the 10 mil in the x trade this morning before market. This 250k is part of it. I wonder if the other directors were involved?
unit rate is 65c per share and the SP didn’t get that low except for the trade before the market opened.
Not sure if call that an on market trade as described in the announcement.
