I don’t necessarily agree it’s a personal attack, the requisitioning shareholders are looking to change the current situation of no CEO , limited disclosure, and clearly a failure in managing the development and commercialisation process.
One of the Directors has voted with their feet by leaving and , the remaining ie Trevor L is probably required for corporate memory and the other two to meet minimum requirements of governance if it is not the intention of the requisitioning shareholders to move in quickly a complete new Board.
I would say a responsible and staged pathway to change.
