You make some very good points and perhaps it highlights Nicole's inexperience in the top job.
This is no excuse for poor quality, incoherent announcements for what should have been positively received by the market. Maybe a pay cut and take performance options at a much higher price to restore credibility..
Alternatively, if she has the results from earlier campaigns, get them out to the market to restore investor faith.
A great job was done pumping oppie holders from 7 cps to 14 cps
Now let's get the 10cps oppies pumped to 20cps imho on the back of strong field work results.
