ICL has multiple drill results pending and it appears that interest is starting to appear from the chart pattern.
Stock broke the downtrend line on the Daily chart a early this month.
Longer term charts show a buy signal not the weekly chart the first week of the year.
The Monthly chart will give a buy signal with a close above 6.3c at the end of January.
Light volume makes it hard to get set in size at this stage.
I believe the register is tightly held, with 4 major shareholders including Creasy holding 50%.
