Cant see them going to the market for a capital raising if they are pursuing the buy back strategy .

If this is true and the preferred option to mine is a JV it seems there should be decent upside from current levels and a share buy back is a prudent shareholder protective strategy.

If however they do not have a jv in place and do plan to go to market for capital this is a big mistake

As a holder I hope the former is accurate , and feel the market shoud ask for confirmation of this important issue .
