In what way does a 5 year chart help a newcomer?
(IMHO the past does not always guarantee the future)
(Why is the past relevant to the remainder of this financial year)
Not everyone can enjoy the luxury of a long term view
In my case I await in a week or two the outcome of a brain tumour MRI
My forecasting includes living for a few days or living to be 100
Why do all here (or most here) understand the value of averages and medians for :-
1. Eliminating some of the uncertainty of intraday or closing price behaviour
2. Clarifying trend direction in an easily understood visible format
3. Using EMAs, SMAs & Medians for multiple purposes
4. Identifying potential turning points
Subject always to the need for confirmations and individual research
I look forward to crystal clear and polite answers
