the overreach may be from the PFS, the conversion price quoted is not real world, its from an advisory board. The price published also doesn't contain any profit for the 3rd party converters. And yes no transport costs either. Expect this to grow with margin built in and transportation. The base figure may not be correct also, an advisory board isn't in the business of chemical conversion. GLTAH as always.
