Russia and Ukraine have all the sane costs as nations at war (putins fault).

Russia has to pay for it all alone.

Ukraine’s costs are spread over a combined GDP over 20 times that of Russia.

Tell us again how Putin will out spend that and how Putin failed war has been a blessing for Russia.
