I don't know about you, but I'd rather take 30% up than 13% down. Personally, I'd also rather choose to own a company with assets, than one with a "claim" to one, which appears to want a legal battle with any party it conducts business with. But thats just me. On the good side, CFE will take a placement for shares in CHM at $0.015, so I may be intersetd in them sub $0.015, but even then only to "hedge" on some non-systematic risk with the MMX litigation.
