Don't believe a CR would be required at this point Ivory.
As per the September Quarterly they just completed a $4.8M CR at 72c and had 5.6 Quarters of funding available (so potentially enough until the end of this year, or perhaps until a substantial MA/Development, where further equity is needed).
Purely my thoughts, DYOR.
