In my mind I have pegged HHR as having 20% with the opportunity to earn back the other 20%. But in reality, you are right, they still have 40% as long as they can finance, farm out, get prepayments etc. etc
I believe all these options will be more acheivable post FID and well into construction.
It is a classic case of "is the glass half full or is it half empty". Thanks for your positive point of view, it has reset my own thinking on HHR.
Still can't wait for FID, it might be the circuit breaker to move HHR forward.
