Clearly the dominant force at the moment is the supply squeeze in uranium and the effect on the uranium price. If those factors continue to operate there’s no way they’ll be countermanded, or even significantly affected, by the Issue of new shares in the SPP process. The fact that the PEN share price has risen from 9c to 14c in the past five days, despite market knowledge of the SPP, is strong evidence of that.
