Good work Hagar,

I say lets wait and see what comes out of the documentation they send next week or so. This will be the clincher... and in my opinion probably their last chance to get it right or its goodbye ady.

But one would have to query the 4m to 50 mil scenario.

50m turns in to present value of 30m by 5 years and its book value off last years report was 48m. They probably end up better in the long run with more revenue from it but the risk is will they get it all and is it guaranteed?

There needs some kind of guarentee in the deal with the lawyers otherwise quite frankly this deal is useless.
