Waiting on notice of general meeting to finalise acquisition. Also waiting on permit applications result for those not yet granted. Also waiting on the expedited activities, for Carai in particular (lithium). Also waiting on rare earth separation partnership with a 3rd party.

Announcement most imminent, is the shareholders vote.

Not much to go on to diligence at present time on Brazil assets but given the other mining companies literal surroundings and a top class team from Board to drilling, there's no questioning where the hype is coming from. It's not hype. Carai and Sainas East are likely to become flagship projects - it seems every time I mention this to those on the ground are very bullish.

Lots to look forward to, for sure, and a very exciting acquisition to develop. When you know, you know.
